POTTERY TUITION

Nic offers the unique opportunity to have one off or a series of lessons in a relaxed, fun and
informal pottery studio setting. Specialising in pottery wheel teaching would be potters can have one-to-one tuition or a spend a couple of hours in the company friends trying out their creative skills together. Sessions can alternate between wheel work, hand building techniques, or organised set projects. Happy to discuss any ideas, Nic will guide you and advise you to succeed and produce pieces that you are functional or decorative and you will be proud of. No prior experience or expertise is necessary as plenty of guidance will be given. Initial finish pieces will be fired and the option given to return for a glaze session at a future date.
Lessons are £45 per person for a two hour session with a minimum of two or more people, one-to-one tuition is £70 for a 90 minute taster/improver.
Nic is fully DBS checked and happy to visit any clubs, schools, residential homes for pottery sessions. She has experience in all these settings and sessions also with children and adults who are neurodiverse, have physical impairment or social emotional mental health issues. Whether the project is to work alongside a set curriculum or a session tailored to a seasonal celebration or event she is happy to discuss possibilities and costs.
